# Terms of Service

These terms cover the pest control services provided by Pest Control Surbiton across Surbiton and the surrounding KT postcodes. By booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.

## Services we provide

We provide domestic and commercial pest control services, including:

-   Rat control
-   Mice control
-   Wasp nest removal
-   Insect control (cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas, silverfish and others)
-   Bird control and proofing

All work is carried out to BPCA and RSPH standards and, where rodenticide is used, in accordance with CRRU responsible-use guidance.

## Quotes and bookings

Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us. If the situation on site turns out to be materially different, we may adjust the scope of work and revise the quote before proceeding. You are free to decline any revised quote.

## Access and preparation

You agree to give us safe access to the areas that need treatment and, where applicable, follow the preparation instructions we send you (particularly for bed bug or heat treatments). Failure to prepare properly may reduce treatment effectiveness and may incur additional visit charges.

## Payment

Payment terms are as agreed at the time of booking. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Commercial customers may be invoiced on standard 14-day terms subject to prior agreement.

## Follow-up visits and guarantees

Where the pest life-cycle requires follow-up (for example rats, mice, cockroaches or bed bugs), those follow-up visits are included as part of the job unless we explicitly state otherwise. Where a treatment fails to resolve the problem through no fault of the customer, we will return and re-treat at no additional cost within a reasonable period.

## Liability

We hold public liability insurance appropriate to our services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage arising from customer actions taken outside our recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

## Cancellation

You may cancel a booked visit up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee to cover diary time held.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
